Hi, the submitions page is not working for me for a while now (showing an error message)

Dear participants,

Due to numerous requests and in consideration of the recent server instability issues, we have decided to extend the deadline for submitting final results.The new deadline has been extended by 1 day.
Please use this additional time wisely. We strongly advise you not to leave your submissions until the last moment to avoid any last-minute technical difficulties.

Please note: This is the final extension!
No further deadline extensions will be granted!

We apologize for the long wait. It has been quite challenging to make final decisions and compare works of such a high professional level. Almost all scores have been submitted. In fact, three out of four judges submitted their evaluations four days ago.

I know that the final results are nearly ready, and the scoring sheet from the fourth judge is expected any day now. Please bear with us for a couple more days, and the results will be published. We need some additional time to compile and prepare everything for the official announcement.

Hi ! It made a week that we don’t have any news about the date of results. Is there a defined date ?

Thank you for your message and for your patience. We have now consolidated all the judges′ scoring sheets. Unfortunately, a few judges faced unforeseen personal circumstances that prevented them from completing their evaluations as quickly as planned. Please rest assured that the results are finalized, and the winners have been determined. We are currently in the final stage: processing the data, preparing the official presentation of results, and designing the diplomas. Barring any unexpected issues, everything will be completed and published within the next 1-2 days. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are excited to share the outcomes with all very soon.
